i have always wanted to share the stage with the likes of anurag kashyap and sudhir mishra.
and i have gone ahead and done just that.

i will be now also writing on a website called passionforcinema.com, which has some amazing talent writing on their site.i've just finished writing my first post.

to look for me, check under the pictures of sudhir mishra and anurag kashyap...not to mention hansal mehta and sourab narang.

wasnt i just talking about publicity the other night, well i dont know about that. but atleast i get to talk to millions. this is the single most terrific thing to have happened to me since making confessions....read on and discover this amazing website.

i am trying not to scream with delight....

hmm...i remember him telling me he wanted to talk to these people(anurag and sudhir mishra) and create forum to discuss the power of cinema...and wht do we have here guys...there is a forum and they invited him to be a part of it...how big can it be...it is Massive...and at a time when we regularly talk of the publicity...i am not saying this is going to make life easy...it just means it gives us more avenues other than what we had in mind...but it also brings in a responsibility that it will be under scrutiny by millions who are passionate...so more work...but guys these are just 9 of the millions who are passionate about the cinema, so here it is anish for representing such people..'..R E S P O N S I B I L I T Y ...'...and to the film which is ready to face all those who will support and criticize her...

Another bit...

I am not sure if you have even heard of this movie called - Final Solution - A socumentary by Rakesh Sharma .
THIS MOVIE IS BANNED IN INDIA -- A study of the politics of hate. The film graphically documents the changing face of right-wing politics in India through a study of the 2002 killing of Muslims in Gujarat.

Its pretty interesting...so if you film is banned you have a place to still showcase it...I think showed you this when I was in India...desimedia.net!

Cheers

Hi Siraj,

There are two kinds of people.. there are news-makers - guys like Sekhar Kammula, Anurag Kashyap, Anish and my friend Oz - and there are others who read about them - folks like me. Honestly, there's not much to talk about myself. I am just a two bit IT guy ecking out a living across the pacific. Cinema has been a passion ever since I first saw NTR smiling his majestic smile at me, when I was all four years old. Story telling has been my passion as I've been discovering Phantom, Mandrake, Tarzan, Tintin, Asterix & Obelix, Enid Blyton, Frank Dixon, Roald Dahl, James Hadley Chase, Perry Mason, Donald Lam, Yandamuri Veerendranath, Sidney Sheldon, Irving wallace, Robert Ludlum, Desmond Bagley, Nelson Demille, Mullapudi Venkata Ramana and Gulzar (in that order). The passion is still alive and I am positive that it will erupt one day, engulfing the whole world. Until then all wanna I do is to keep the fire buring, by nurturing the craft and seeking inspiration from people like Anish and Oz.

Thanks, bhai, for your warm welcome. I am sure we'll be meeting more often on PFC, now that Anishji has hung his hat there.

Dear WB,

As u said there r 2 kinds of people in this world..
1 jo zindagi bhar ek hi kaam karte hain....aur doosre jo ek hi zindagi mein saare kaam karlete hain...( Taaliyan- claps - whistles)
churaya hua hai..but very apt...
WB lets create an open forum or platform where we discuss ideas, stories, scripts and the craft of making movies.
As u said lets keep the fire burning... mere andar bhi fire hai ( Not Shabana azmi nandita das type)filmi keeda, which now and then strikes and says siraj beta,go and tell ur stories on the celluloid..
WB,As we all r moving towards open source software..why dont we all like minded people put in their thoughts and create a new world, which we can all be proud of.
We all have experienced life in many different ways, can we put those experiences and tell our stories.
Pata nahin amit, kamal, swap, anna, anish,hima,mona,XXX,kausar,nischala..others can all contribute to this thought....
cmon guys..
WB its gr8 meeting u ....
lets keep the fire burning..
